The Triangle of Mystery

  Sammy was a curious boy who loved to explore and discover new things. He had a passion for math, especially geometry. He liked to draw and measure shapes, angles, and distances. He also liked to solve puzzles and riddles, and find patterns and connections. One day, he found a mysterious map in his attic. It was old and torn, and had a strange symbol on it. It looked like a triangle with a square on each side. It also had some numbers and letters on it. "Wow, look at this!" Sammy exclaimed. "It's a map of a treasure!" He examined the map carefully. He saw that it had three locations marked on it:  A ,  B , and  C . Each location had a number next to it:  4 ,  3 , and  5 . There was also an arrow pointing from  A  to  B , from  B  to  C , and from  C  to  A . He read the instructions on the map: "Welcome to the triangle of mystery. A treasure to find! The Number Friends                                                          Once upon a time, there were ten friends who lived in a town called Numberland. They were called One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine and Ten. They liked to play together and help each other with different tasks. One day, they decided to have a picnic in the park. They packed their baskets with sandwiches, fruits, cookies and juice. They also brought some games and toys to have fun. They walked to the park and found a nice spot under a big tree. They spread a blanket on the grass and put their baskets on it. They were about to start eating when they heard a loud voice.   The Mystery of the Missing X Alice was a curious girl who loved to solve puzzles and mysteries. She had a knack for finding clues and figuring out solutions. She also loved math, especially algebra. She enjoyed playing with numbers and symbols, and finding the value of unknowns. One day, she received a letter from her friend Bob, who lived in another town. He wrote: " Dear Alice, I need your help. Something terrible has happened. Someone has stolen my X! X  is my pet parrot, who can talk and sing and do math. He is very smart and friendly, and I love him very much. He was kidnapped last night, when I was asleep.  The thief left a note on his cage, with a riddle. It says : I f you want to see your X again, solve this equation:                     3 x + 2 = 35  The answer is the number of the house where I am hiding your   X . But be careful, there is a twist. The house number is written in   B ase 5, not Base 10 . Y ou have to convert it to Base  10  before you can find it. Hurry

The Magic Book Once upon a time, there was a girl named Maya who loved to read. She had a big collection of books in her room, and she read them every day. She liked all kinds of books, but her favorite ones were the ones that had magic and adventure in them. She wished she could have a magic book of her own, that could take her to different worlds and times. One day, she went to the library with her mother. She browsed through the shelves, looking for a new book to read. She saw many interesting books, but none of them caught her eye. She was about to give up, when she noticed a book that was hidden behind some other books. She pulled it out and looked at the cover. It was a hardcover book, with a dark blue cover and gold letters. It had no title or author, but it had a picture of a golden key and a lock. It looked very old and mysterious. Maya felt a strange attraction to the book.
